The Kings Deer Steak by Hunter Rich C.
4–5 Table Spoons of olive oil
1 Table Spoon of Salt
1 Large table Spoon garlic minced
1/2 Table Spoon of black pepper
One medium to large venison steak
Mix ingredients in small bowel
Rub mixture onto steak evenly and on both sides
Let sit for 5-15 minutes
Preheat grill for 5-8 minutes to about 400 degrees
Cook 4 minutes on each side
Venison steak should be medium rare to rare
Avoid defrosting venison steaks in the microwave.
If it’s not pink inside the steak has been over cooked.
The steak below is very rare. I would cook it longer until the red area was about 1/3 the size depicted in the picture.
