Chop Meat

  1. Crack Slaw  by Hunter Hallie U.
    3 Cloves garlic minced
    1.5 lbs of venison
    14 oz of coleslaw no dressing
    1.5 tbsp sriracha
    2.5 Tbsp soy sauce
    1.5. Tbsp Rice Vinegar
    1.5 Tbsp sesame seeds
    3-4 Green onion slices
    1 Tsp Salt
    1/2 Tsp Pepper
    1. Brown ground meat with minced garlic
    2. Pour off grease, add slaw, sriracha, soy sauce, and rice vinegar and simmer on low for 10 minutes
    3. Add remaining ingredients
